Without making any visible changes, Apple put stereo speakers on the iPhone 7, which makes it 2x louder than the iPhone 6s. The second speaker has been placed within the earpiece to give you stereo sound effect.

Coming without the headphone jack, the iPhone 7 could find some space to fit in a larger battery. Though the exact battery details weren’t made available by Apple, the company claimed that the iPhone 7 could last about 2 hours longer than the previous generation phone.
- And Now It’s Waterproof!
While it is nothing to boast about, it is still good to have the feature. Both the new iPhones come with water repellent capabilities and can easily last a few splashes of water. Though, swimming with the devices is not recommended as the iPhone’s warranty doesn’t cover it.
