If you follow my blog LetusPublish.com regularly you would know that I am a wanderlust. I love traveling and the best thing I enjoy about traveling is that I get to explore new places, meet new people and create memories.
And I had one such experience at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. It was always in my head to visit the golden city of India and big thanks to Club Mahindra who made my trip epic. From the resort property to the hospitality, everything was fabulous.

Club Mahindra Jaisalmer Property
The palatial Club Mahindra Resort is situated on the outskirts of Jaisalmer. I had a 300 km drive from Jodhpur, which took around 5 hours and it was totally taxing! If you love road journey then you should definitely take this route to experience the beauty of the city and you would meet some wonderful people.
On reaching the resort I was welcomed with the traditional folk music and dance. It is the ritual of Club Mahindra to pamper their guests with immense love. Though the road trip was taxing, it was the resort that pumped up energy into me instantly.
The resort is designed in a Haveli style, giving you complete royal vibes. I was stunned by the architecture and trust me, you will be astounded as well. The grand look of the resort will take you in the historical period and the catch of the resort is the huge pool!
The pool is laid in the mid of the resort and instantly grabs the attention and gives a plush look to the resort. Unfortunately, it was the winters (sorry for the late post) and I didn’t get a chance to dive in the pool.
Well equipped and Cozy Rooms
My room was pretty impressive, it was a cute, cozy room, the only drawback I found was that I didn’t get a good view from my room. The rooms are well equipped and have all amenities that would make your stay comfortable. I shared my room with my dear friend, an author and a motivational speaker Anamika 🙂
Club Mahindra Resort Restaurant ‘Jeeman’
When you visit Rajasthan, you are bound to get amazing food and such was the experience at Jeeman. The restaurant opens at 7:30 am and closes at 10:30 pm. The restaurant had an elite look and the waiters are welcoming and warm.
They serve the Rajasthani thali which is to die for! The one thing which I found unique is that they organize theme dinners such as Jungle theme, Bollywood theme, Halloween and much more, adding a fun element to your dinner.
Fun activities with Club Mahindra
The Club Mahindra team had arranged for us a leisure day to enjoy the places to visit in Jaisalmer. The team gave us the darshan of Jaisalmer fort, which was again a treat to the eyes. From there we visited the local market and had fun viewing the colorful city of Rajasthan.
We all know that Jaisalmer is called the Golden City, and on visiting the desert I realized why it is called so. The yellow sands add a golden glow to the city and I had complete fun experience riding on the camel and enjoying the jeep safari in the desert.
A trip to Jaisalmer definitely calls for a camel ride in the desert, you would then get a complete feel of Rajasthan.
